About Berta Review

We seek to uphold Canada’s national interest, preserve traditional Canadian values, as well as foster community bonds by using public discourse.

Who we are

BERTA REVIEW is an independent publication that focuses solely on defending Canada's national interest and upholding its core values of Nationalism, Guild, Order, and Pluralism.

Our Mission

To restore a National Canadian Economic and Social consensus that fosters the importance of the nuclear family, community, and industry towards Canada’s liberty and prosperity.

Why Berta Review?

The Berta Review is for readers who seek an unfiltered look at the issues shaping Canada's future. Every day, we delve into the key topics of politics, culture, and national identity through a mix of investigative reporting, thought-provoking commentary, podcasts, newsletters, and social media. Our audience is growing, with more Canadians engaging with our content each month.

To be clear, Berta Review stands for something. We believe in protecting Canada’s national interests, fostering open debate, and preserving our unique identity. Unlike much of the media, we refuse government funding, keeping our voice independent and truly Canadian.

Our Proposition for Support

Federal policies now allow digital news outlets to cover up to 50 percent of their costs through government subsidies. This means not only the CBC but also private outlets like the Globe and Mail and Postmedia are being majority-funded by the government.

More government funding of news leads to less trust in media and weakens journalism's ability to hold the government accountable. At Berta Review, we refuse these subsidies to preserve our independence. We forgo substantial financial support because we believe in a truly independent press. If you share this belief, consider supporting our work.

Advertise With Us

Thousands of readers engage with Berta Review’s content each month. To connect with this engaged and growing audience, we offer a variety of advertising opportunities tailored to help you reach Canadians who care deeply about the national interest.

Editorial and Book Publishing

Our journal covers a diverse array of topics. However, they all generally pertain to current events occurring in both Alberta and throughout Canada more broadly. With a focus on traditional Canadian values and community narratives, Berta Review offers a supportive platform for all authors willing to share their perspective through books.
